For first aid, take a course with a qualified instructor. For anything clinical, ask a doctor or a pharmacist. In an emergency, contact the emergency services and follow the instructions of your local authorities — their information about your area is better than any book's.
A digital guide delivered as a PDF download, plus the worksheets described on the sales page. There is no physical product and no subscription. Access does not expire and there is no limit on how many times you download it.
No income, revenue or outcome of any kind is promised or implied. What anyone gets from material like this depends on their own circumstances and effort.

Payment card details never reach this site. Payment is handled entirely by the payment processor on their own systems. We never see, hold or store a card number.
We do not sell your details to anyone. You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, and we will do it.
Reply to your receipt email and it reaches a human. That is the fastest route and it is monitored.
